Sailor Neptune, known as Michiru Kaioh in her civilian identity, is a prominent character in the *Sailor Moon* anime and manga series. She is one of the Outer Sailor Guardians, tasked with protecting the Solar System from external threats. Her powers are associated with the sea and intuition, and she wields the Deep Aqua Mirror as her talisman.

Michiru is portrayed as elegant, refined, and artistically gifted. She's a talented violinist and painter. Possessing a serene demeanor, she often acts as a voice of reason and wisdom among the Sailor Guardians. As Sailor Neptune, she transforms using the phrase "Neptune Planet Power, Make Up!" Later in the series, she upgrades to "Neptune Crystal Power, Make Up!". Her signature attack is "Deep Submerge," and "Submarine Reflection" using her mirror.
